We do not offer returns, but we provide a one-time exchange facility within 5 days of delivery, under the conditions below:
Product must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tag, box, and packaging.
There should be no wrinkles, scratches, or sole marks.
While trying the footwear for fit, kindly walk only 2β3 steps on a carpet to avoid sole or upper marks.
Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Our team will respond within 24 hours with suggestions or confirmation.
You can choose the new size or product based on availability.
In case of exchange, courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
If the product is received used, damaged, or without original packaging.
If the product was part of a Clearance Sale (clearly mentioned on the product page).
If the request is raised after 5 days of delivery.
Exchange is subject to stock availability.
No Refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
